Greene, Dycus & Co, PA consists of three shareholders. Their combined experience and leadership is what drives our firm towards success, and what guides our team towards excellence.
Mr. Kimelman has been associated with Greene, Dycus & Co since 2000; he has practiced accounting and auditing at other local firms since 1993. Mr. Kimelman graduated from The University of South Florida in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. He is certified by the State of Florida in Public Accountancy, and is a member in good standing of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Kimelman routinely attends continuing education courses provided by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants on a variety of topics including accounting and auditing for small business, governmental entities and not-for-profits. In addition he performs Peer Reviews and consulting for other Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Kimelman is the quality control shareholder at Greene, Dycus & Co, and also consults with several other CPA Firm’s related to quality control issues.
Mr. Kimelman resides in Longwood, Florida with his wife, two sons, Debit the cat, and Inventori (Tori) the dog, and graduated from Lake Mary High School in 1989. Mr. Kimelman has been active in the Sanford Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. He recently completed terms as an officer in both organizations. He currently serves on the FICPA Peer Review Committee.

Mr. Frank has been with the firm since 2006. He was a partner in an Orlando firm prior to joining Greene, Dycus & Co. Mr. Frank graduated from Villanova University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He moved to the State of Florida in 1987. He is certified by the States of Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
His areas of expertise include: income taxes, estate and gift taxes, small business consulting and individual and corporate tax planning. Mr. Frank is a resident of Longwood, Florida; he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the Maitland Rotary.
When he is not at work, Mr. Frank enjoys spending time with wife Cyd and family. His favorite hobbies are playing basketball, fishing, hiking, boating, cruising and traveling. Mr. Frank also enjoys helping his community; he volunteers his time with multiple volunteering projects at his local church. Mr. Frank and his family have been recognized by the Central FL Lifestyle magazine for being 5 gallon blood donors.

Vanessa Talley is a Tax Shareholder and started with GDC in 2011. She has practiced accounting and tax since 1999. She started her career in accounting management roles with private companies and then spent over four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her areas of expertise include tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals, small and medium size businesses and not-for-profit reporting. Vanessa believes that developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.
Vanessa graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Taxation. She is certified by the State of Florida in Public Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Vanessa is a native Floridian and currently resides in Longwood, Florida with her family. During the weekends, Vanessa and her family enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found on one of Florida’s beautiful waterways or “glamping” in one of Florida’s great campgrounds.

Mr. Shidemantle has been a staff accountant / auditor for more than six years during which time he assisted in various audit and accounting engagements. Prior to joining Greene, Dycus & Co., P.A. Mr. Shidemantle worked in the area of financial planning, corporate treasurer and financial management for private sector firms and an American international school. Mr. Shidemantle graduated from the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science. Mr. Shidemantle also holds an MBA from Georgia State University. He is an active member of the Lake Mary Rotary.

Mrs. Hubler is a Staff accountant of Greene, Dycus & Co. since 2011 and has over 30 years of experience working in public and private accounting. Her experience and credentials allow her to provide a variety of services to our clients.
Mrs. Hubler is an Enrolled Agent (“E.A.”). An EA is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. EA status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and continuing education requirements.
Mrs. Hubler enjoys spending her time with her husband, two daughters and 4 grandchildren.. Mrs. Hubler's favorite hobbies are quilting and reading. She also loves spending time with her 2 cats and a frenchie bulldog named Winston.

Mrs. Folta has been with the firm since 2015. She graduated from DeVry University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and continued her education with Keller Graduate School of Mgmt. graduating in 2012 receiving an MBA with concentration in Accounting. Her experience includes tax and accounting with an Orlando CPA firm, as well as several years in the private sector prior to joining Greene, Dycus & Co.
Mrs. Folta is currently studying to pursue her license in public Accounting; she hopes to be completed in the near future.
When not in the office Mrs. Folta enjoys spending time with her two girls and husband on their 5 acres of land on the St. Johns River. She enjoys being on the water and taking care of her horses.
